The 1907 Musto Building, originally built as a candy warehouse and designed by architect William Mooser, was seismically reinforced and expanded to be a private club. Amenities include hospitality suites, a pent house apartment, a health club, a pool, a library, a bar, a restaurant, roof deck garden, and a street level courtyard.
The street level courtyard features outdoor cafe style seating as well as a reflecting pool. The fourth floor roof deck features an outdoor kitchen, spa, sculptural elements, and lounge areas.
